We strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

We're working on expanding our delivery zones and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the near future. For updates, follow us on social media or subscribe to our store notifications.

If your country is not listed above, we may still be able to help. Please contact us to check the possibility of shipping to your location. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location. Average timeframe: 8–20 business days.

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Actual shipping times may vary due to factors such as high demand, customs processing, or unexpected delays. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is available for all countries we currently ship to.
  • Expedited shipping options may become available in the future.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking information. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your item’s journey. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@rootforcute.com with the subject line "URGENT".

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
  • If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes.

To avoid issues, we strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping information after placing an order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Root for Cute is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or issues during transit. However, we remain committed to assisting our customers by:

  • Providing tracking details to monitor your shipment.
  • Supporting you in filing claims with the carrier for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check Nearby: Verify with neighbors, family members, or building staff to ensure someone hasn’t received it on your behalf.
  2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

While Root for Cute cannot be held liable for items marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we are committed to assisting you:

  • We can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • For lost or stolen orders, we offer a discounted reorder option as a courtesy.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • GST Included: All prices listed include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for ease and transparency.
  • Additional Charges: Root for Cute is not responsible for any customs fees or additional taxes that may apply to your order. Any extra charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

EU VAT & Import Duties for Orders Over EUR 150

Orders shipped to the European Union with a goods value above EUR 150 (excluding shipping) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees, as required by local customs regulations.

These charges are not included at checkout and will be collected by your country’s customs office or delivery provider upon arrival. This is in compliance with the EU’s import tax rules for goods shipped from outside the EU.

Root for Cute is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
